And to prove it, in 2017, the 8-5 in-house graphic designer turned digital nomad, signed up for a year long, 15-country, 3-continent odyssey through REMOTE YEAR, a company that facilitates travel and accommodations for people interested in working remotely.
The experience was life-changing for this Houston suburbanite. Since her return in January, she’s more driven than ever to create layouts that evoke her favorite response, “I’ve got to go there.” If the latest issue is any indication, we suspect it won’t be long before dozens of new armchair travelers are packing their bags.
