If you find a defect in your job which is the responsibility of Smartpress.com we will re-run the order at no additional cost to you. To receive the replacement, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery and provide verification of the problem. Oftentimes a simple photo of the issue is adequate for our needs, but in some cases you may be asked to return the entire defective order at the expense of Smartpress.com. Upon verification of the defect, we will re-run the order with an expedited turnaround time and expedited shipping. If in our judgment it will not be possible to achieve a good outcome by replacing the order, Smartpress.com may at our sole option elect to refund all or part of the original cost of the order.
If your job was printed as ordered but you are unsatisfied, you may still return your order for a full refund. In this case, we ask that you pay for return shipping since we fulfilled your job as ordered. We are not responsible for delays or defects that are outside of our control. If a shipping or other delay is caused by your failure to timely approve a proof or order and your satisfaction requires expedited shipping, we will regard that as a material change in the order and we reserve the right to charge you for the expedited shipping.
We will not be responsible under any circumstances for refunding shipping charges when you have chosen to use your own shipping method or account instead of the Smartpress.com shipping options.
